Give each pharmacy worker the right access
One shared login means everyone can do everything and nobody is responsible for anything. PharmHive gives each person their own account, a role that fits their job, and permissions the owner can tune per person.
Common questions
What roles does PharmHive have?
Five: owner, manager, stock manager, cashier, and clerk. Each comes with a sensible preset - cashiers sell and run their own shifts, stock managers handle inventory and purchasing, managers run the shop day to day - and the owner holds everything.
Can I hide the money from my staff?
Yes. Financial visibility is its own permission. A staff member without it gets the same dashboard with every figure stripped - no revenue, no profit, no debtors, no stock valuation - while still seeing stock and activity. Sales can also be shown without amounts.
Can I customise what one specific person can do?
Yes. Roles are starting points, not cages: you can grant any single permission on top of someone's role, or revoke any part of their preset. For example, a trusted cashier can be given receipt reprinting, or a clerk can record expenses without ever seeing income figures.
Who can approve returns?
You decide. Returns can be routed through an approval workflow with thresholds you set, so a cashier's return above your limits waits as a pending request until the owner acts on it.
Can a manager make themselves an owner?
No. Nobody can grant a role above their own - a manager can never create or promote an owner. Removing users, changing tenant settings, and deleting customers stay with the owner, and completed sales can't be deleted by anyone.
Can I restrict staff to one branch or to their shift hours?
Both. An account can be scoped to a specific branch, and you can set a weekly shift roster per person so staff can only sign in during their scheduled shift window.
